Tom Jacobs
Vice President of Operations

Prior to heading up DNA's operations, Tom worked for USatWork.com, a 185-person Internet start-up company. Tom was responsible for developing and delivering sales and marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses.

Before USatWork.com, Tom served as controller then business development manager of IT Mergers and Acquisitions. ITM&A advised IT companies with growth strategies that included custom creation of companies for acquisition or roll-up into existing organizations. Tom oversaw the development, implementation and management of accounting and project management processes for a PeopleSoft integration firm. He also managed due diligence responses for prospective buyers of the PeopleSoft consulting client.

A consulting career in engineering services led Tom to Duke Engineering, where he developed solutions for plant operational improvements. At Duke, Tom ran the Midwest Region's Field Engineering department. He was also involved in marketing, sales, operations, business planning, technology services and recruiting initiatives.

Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University.
