Heavenly Garlic Chicken Soup

1 Whole Chicken
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder
1 Cup Butter
6 Celery Sticks
3 Skinned Carrots
1 can of Corn
4 Tablespoons of oil


Clean the chicken and cut into bite size pieces. Next, put your chicken into a pot of water with your choice of seasoning over medium heat.

Put 4 tablespoons of oil in a skillet and let it get hot. Take celery sticks, carrots and garlic cloves and cut them into pieces then place in the skillet with a can of corn and garlic powder and let them sauté.

When your vegetables are ready place them in the pot with your chicken. Let everything boil for about 15 minutes.

Next, take a cup of broth and 1 cup of butter and mixed them together until velvety. Pour back into the pot and let boil for another 15 minutes.
