To train food service managers and prepare them for a certification exam, DNA successfully replaced a CD-i solution with a new computer-based training program.

The course contained up to 12 hours of rich media, including QuickTime movies, QuickTime Virtual Reality (QTVR) simulations, interactions built with Flash, and student tracking built with Authorware.
